Kodiilabs is a product studio. We build and operate our own products, and selectively partner with ambitious teams to build what comes next.

The thesis

Most systems assume good conditions.

They assume a fast connection, a recent phone, a fluent reader, and someone watching when it goes wrong. Ours start where those break: a cooperative office on 2G, a health worker screening for TB with no signal, an agent deciding at 3am with nobody to ask.
