What is inside
The rest cover the patient portal, billing with insurance, document management, AI-assisted radiology, and Ask ayana, the virtual medical assistant that answers in local languages. A companion tool lets community health workers screen patients in the field, offline.
Built on
A TypeScript modular monolith: one deployable a small team can reason about, twenty bounded contexts inside it, PostgreSQL on the server and SQLite on the device.
Status
Most of the system is built. Four clinics in Côte d’Ivoire ran it in testing, funded entirely out of the studio. We’re restarting it now.

What it does
Classifies every change by risk before it merges, flags AI-generated complexity as you write, and prepares the review pack: change summary, blast radius, risk tier, and who has to sign off.

A deterministic governance core that needs no API key, and a ledger of what the agents did, including the runs you never started through it.
